SOLID exists to support the work of youth and Children’s leaders across Essex, East London, and the surrounding areas. SOLID provides support networks, training, resources and events alongside delivering a youth festival and junior activity day every year, as well as looking to grow and develop young leaders. Working in close relationship with local youth and children’s workers SOLID is continually eager to grow and develop into what local leaders need it to be.
One of our core objectives is to be ‘local’, creating a sense that everyone you meet at our events are from your locality. For young people this is particularly important in generating a sense of ‘SOLIDarity’
